The World Cup has come to an end and we are left with bittersweet memories that will stay with us until we come together as football fanatics again for Qatar 2022.

And while we might have been (over)indulging in beer and snacks, these football players followed strict training and dietary regimes that allowed them to be at their peak in such a high intensity tournament.
